Lot (Unit)

A lot in co-ownership is the basic unit composed of a private part (apartment, office, cellar, garage) and the corresponding share in the common parts. Each lot is identified by a unique number in the base deed and has its own shares that determine the portion of common charges and the voting weight at the general assembly. A co-owner may own multiple lots.
