Auditor (Accounts Commissioner)

The accounts commissioner is a co-owner (or external expert) appointed by the general assembly to audit the co-ownership's accounts. The mandate is annual and renewable. They examine supporting documents, verify consistency between accounts and bank statements, and present a report to the general assembly before the vote to approve accounts. This is not a professional auditor in the corporate sense.
